Good read. Paul Offit was on morning joe yesterday morning saying there was absolutely no evidence the covid virus was manipulated in a lab and leaked. These people ingratiate themselves for a purpose. But, it’s dangerous misinformation. The more I’m learning about GOF’s it scares the you know what out of me. The public should be made aware of how dangerous GOF’s are. Look what it has caused. The corruption involved in something so dangerous is extremely concerning.
I reviewed his book: https://glitches.substack.com/p/countering-misinformation, and had a little to and fro with him on Twitter on the back of it. I couldn't decide whether he genuinely believed some of the stuff he was saying about Covid and climate at the time.
What this tells me is that the problem is much more widespread than a just a few select colleges such as Harvard. If Cambridge leadership had competence this would have never continued on to this extent. They clearly dont understand that intelligent people see them as jackasses.

We don't share much in terms of politics, but as far as I can tell he has always been honest and rather courageous in expressing unfashionable truths.

Omissionary Conspirator - someone who refuses to believe a Conspiracy Theory that is true before, during, or after it has been proven.
