US allowed Coronavirus to be PATENTED years ago even though it was regarded unethical to patent a LIVING ORGANISM! But there's big bucks to be made if you can improve the deadly nature and harness the full potential of a virus (Gain of Function).

Make 'LIABILITY' a condition of deadly Vax APPROVAL!

Wonderful legal logic! If official agents are allowed to look at data possibly impugning my client as being guilty of wrongdoing or criminal negelct, my client may suffer harm and therefore we cannot allow this information to be made public.

Did I get that right?

Because I'm thinking there is a metrci f*ckton of pedophiles, spreaders of child porngraphy, rapists, grifters, fraudsters, and drug dealers who is positively frothing about being able to cliam the same.
