My mistrust of main stream media has exploded. I cancelled my Toronto star after decades of being a subscriber. There all in on weaponized terms anti vaxxers, misinformation, smearing Judges reputations for ruling against the parent who want their children vaccinated with the c vaccine stating they don’t have enough evidence before them to justify a ruling in favour of the pro parent. That really makes sense to me because it’s true. The star used to do better investigating. Maybe, it’s about the rich new owners. And factcheck.org I believe is funded by Zuckerberg. Dan Wilson is the main fact checker at FB. He’s going after the likes of Dr. Phillip Buckhaults, Kevin Mckerran and others. These are top people in their fields. I think the manipulation of people’s minds is getting worse, much worse. I don’t understand any of this. I now seek news form Substack and X.
The Censorship Industrial Complex versus the alternative media war is on. If this battle for free speech is lost, better get used to saying “I love Big Brother.”
All of the social dynamics that perverted science communication during COVID apply to climate change as well. Politicians and governments use fear for control, and incomprehensible science is used to push that fear.
I abandoned mainstream media in September 2020 when it became clear we were being lied to about airborne transmission of the virus and the covid policies made no sense. It get my info from Twitter and Rumble.
