Hopefully with Yale preprinting this journal (because they know what happened to so many other papers who tried to shine a light on the science), others will emerge. Even with pharma behind this push to bury it, why the governments are in lockstep is so upsetting and anger making.

No people should not be censored, their opinions should not be labelled 'fakenews' etc. BUT!!! This is a nothingburger.
The technique used to detect spike protein in blood (SPEAR) from that paper has ~10% false positive rate (which corresponds nicely to the incidence seen in that table). The detections are in the fM range which is 1000x lower than most other detection methods. These are likely false positives.
Of course spike protein is harmless, when it is not attached to an active particle. It is the virus and nothing else that makes it harmful.
PVS rates are very very low. so are SeriousAdversereactions.

Those are TOTAL numbers (1-40) in ~50000 cases. It is really hard to take those numbers seriously.
